Hotel Policies

Rates are subject to change and depend upon weekday / weekend and season.

Taxes are additional to include State and Town Tax of 11.7% will be charge to the room rate

Processing fee of 5% will be calculated on room rate

When the booking is confirmed 100% will be charged for your stay with the Glen Cove Hotel

All rooms accommodate up to 2 (two) guests

Check in is at 3:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am, courtesy call appreciated for late night check ins.

Minimum 2 (two) night’s stay on weekends, May 1st to October 31st

Holiday weekends which require a three-night minimum are Memorial Day, Fireworks Weekend and Labor Day.

Stays of 7 (seven) days or more will receive 10% off room rate after the booking is made. Please call the hotel the same day you book to lock in and guarantee this offer. We apologize If no call is made, we will not be able to provide the discount. Cancelation policies listed below.

Groups renting 6 (six) or more rooms with a minimum two-night stay will receive will receive a 10% group room discount. All major credit cards are accepted, Travelers Checks and Cash. The Glen Cove Hotel doesn’t accept personal checks. The primary registered guest MUST provide a valid credit card and Photo ID at the time of check-in as a form of guarantee for any incidentals and/or charge debit card provided with the amount required for the applicable charges and anticipated incidentals charges as determined by management.

Cancelation Polices

  1. Short Stay (six days or less)

The Glen Cove Hotel has a 30-day written cancellation policy for short stays.  Cancelations made 30 days prior of said booked days will receive 100% refund and a service fee of $50.00 will be charged. If you cancel 30 days after the said book date the 100% charge will remain in effect and no refunds will be given.

  1. Long Term (seven days or more but no longer than fourteen days)

The Glen Cove Hotel has a 60-day written cancelation policy for stays that are a week or more but not longer than fourteen days. Cancelations made 60 days prior of said book date will receive 100% refund and a service fee of $100.00 will be charged. If you cancel 60 days after the said book date the 100% charge will remain in effect and no refunds will be given. The Glen Cove reserves the right to inspect your room every three days from your check-in date.

  1. Group

The Glen Cove Hotel has a 90-day written cancelation policy for groups. Cancelations made 90 days prior said book date will receive 50% refund and a service fee of $50.00 per room. If you cancel 90 days after the said book date the 100% charge will remain in effect and no refunds will be given.

100% Non-Smoking Policy

The Glen Cove Hotel is a 100% smoke free Hotel.  Smoking of any combustible material including non-tobacco products, e-cigarettes and all other smoking devices is strictly prohibited on all of Glen Cove Hotel premises. A minimum cleaning fee of $250.00 plus applicable taxes will be charged for said violation if smoking has been identified in your suite. Guests will be asked to leave the Glen Cove Hotel. No refund will be given.

Parking

Each Hotel Room comes with 1 private parking place only. Checkout time is 11:00 am and it is our policy that all vehicles must vacate private parking space by 11:30 am. We apologize however there is public parking available in the village.

Pet Policy

No pets will be allowed on Glen Cove Hotel property other than service animals per Board of Health

Noise / Disturbance and Quiet Time Policy

We do realize some of our guests enjoy mingling in the evening however as a consideration to other guests, we would ask that noise be kept to a minimum level at all times and a quiet time policy of 1am till 8 am. The Glen Cove Hotel has a zero tolerance for guests or their visitors who while on the premises acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner or destroys or threatens to destroy Glen Cove Hotel property. Guests and or their visitors who violate this mandate and fail to comply with our 1:00 am quiet time policy (only one warning will be given) will be refused service and will be evicted from the premises without any refund in accommodation charges.

Should guests and / or their visitor’s negligently or intentionally cause damage to a suite, the registered guests shall be liable for all damages sustained, including the loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent the suite while repairs are being made. Damages incurred will be applied to the credit card provided by the primary registered guest.

Management has the right to check the status of the suite upon your check-out to ensure that our premises are in good condition and can be used for the next guest.

Visitors and non-registered guest policy

Each suite has a guest’s maximum of no more than 2 persons set by the Glen Cove Hotel. Visitors and non-registered guests are not permitted in your suite after 10:00 pm and only registered guests are allowed to be in your suite overnight.

The Glen Cove Hotel is pleased to offer The Onset Bluffs Vacation Condos (onsetbluffs.com), our family friendly condos. The Onset Bluffs Condos are located only 5 minutes away. Our condos offer accommodations for up to 4 guests per unit.
