Rates are subject to change and depend upon weekday / weekend and season

Bookings made within 14 days of check in date require 100% cost of booking to complete. If booking is made outside of 14 day window, average one nights stay will be required as deposit

Stays of 7 (seven) days or more will receive 10% off room rate after the booking is made. Please call the hotel the same day you book to lock in and guarantee this offer. We apologize if no call is made, we will not be able to provide the discount

Groups renting 6 (six) or more rooms with a minimum two-night stay will receive will receive a 10% group room discount. Please call the hotel the same day you book to lock in and guarantee this offer. We apologize if no call is made, we will not be able to provide the discount

10% military discount (with valid ID) and senior discount (over the age of 65). Please call the hotel the same day you book to lock in and guarantee this offer. We apologize if no call is made, we will not be able to provide the discount. Only one discount may be applied

Lost hotel keys will result in an automatic $40 charge to the card on file

Cash and all other major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept Venmo, Apple Pay, PayPal, personal or travelers checks. The primary registered guest MUST provide a valid credit card and Photo ID at the time of check-in as a form of guarantee for any incidentals and/or charge debit card provided with the amount required for the applicable charges and anticipated incidentals charges as determined by management

Gift Cards Available – non-refundable if lost or stolen

Keurig coffee makers are set up in the continental breakfast area – K-cups are provided

All rooms are equipped with a private bath. There are no kitchenettes/refrigerators/microwaves available for rooms. However, there is a small refrigerator in our community room for guests to utilize. We are not responsible for items left behind or placed there.  We do not provide cots/air mattresses/crib

Check in at 3:00pm and check out is 11:00am, courtesy call appreciated for late night check ins

Minimum 2 (two) night’s stay on weekends, May 1st through September

Disclaimer: Live entertainment typically plays in the 1883 Lounge every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, & Sunday evening and occasionally in our Bay Room. Please be aware sound does travel to the hotel rooms. No refunds will be given

14 Day Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made in writing greater than 14 days prior of check in date will receive 100% refund. If you cancel within 14 day window of booked date 100% charge will be applied and no refunds will be given.

100% Non-Smoking Policy

The Glen Cove Hotel is a 100% smoke free Hotel.  Smoking of any combustible material including non-tobacco products, e-cigarettes and all other smoking devices is strictly prohibited on all of Glen Cove Hotel premises. A minimum cleaning fee of $250.00 plus applicable taxes will be charged for said violation if smoking has been identified in your suite. Guests will be asked to leave the Glen Cove Hotel. No refund will be given

Housekeeping

The Glen Cove offers a flexible housekeeping policy, with full deep cleanings prior to check-in and on the fifth day of a consecutive stay. Some daily housekeeping services may be available upon request

Parking

We do not guarantee parking. Please call upon arrival if unable to secure a spot and our staff will attempt to locate one for you on our lot if able. Please note if parking onsite, only one car is allowed per room. Checkout time is 11:00 am and it is our policy that all vehicles must vacate private parking space by 11:30am. We apologize however there is public parking available in the village and we’re a walking community

Pet Policy

NO pets will be allowed on Glen Cove Hotel property other than service animals per Board of Health

Noise / Disturbance and Quiet Time Policy 

We do realize some of our guests enjoy mingling in the evening however as a consideration to other guests, we would ask that noise be kept to a minimum level at all times and a quiet time policy of 1:00am till 8:00am. The Glen Cove Hotel has a zero tolerance for guests or their visitors who while on the premises acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner or destroys or threatens to destroy Glen Cove Hotel property. Guests and or their visitors who violate this mandate and fail to comply with our 1:00am quiet time policy (only one warning will be given) will be refused service and will be evicted from the premises without any refund in accommodation charges

Should guests and/or their visitor’s negligently or intentionally cause damage to a suite, the registered guests shall be liable for all damages sustained, including the loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent the suite while repairs are being made. Damages incurred will be applied to the credit card provided by the primary registered guest

Management has the right to check the status of the suite upon your check-out to ensure that our premises are in good condition and can be used for the next guest

The Glen Cove reserves the right to inspect your room every three days from your check-in date

Visitors and non-registered guest policy 

Each suite has a guest’s maximum of no more than 2 persons set by the Glen Cove Hotel. Visitors and non-registered guests are not permitted in your suite after 10:00 pm and only registered guests are allowed to be in your suite overnight
